I realized there was a gap for the rest of us—the “Everyday Drivers” and homeowners who just want to know how things work, how much they cost, and if they are right for our lives.
Clarified Understanding is that bridge. I spend hundreds of hours researching and looking at the math so I can translate it into plain English for you.
